Ascend is out in paperback now. Here is the link: paperback. It’s $8.99, the same as the other two. (Here’s Switched and Torn).
Onto other news – I’ve had some issues with the US Postal Service. As in they returned to me a mutilated package that did not contain a book, and said they don’t know where the book went. I’ve also heard reports of at least one person not receiving a book.
As of last week, I had mailed off all my autographed books that people had ordered and any paperbacks won in giveaways. I will be gone all of next week, but if by Monday, January 24th you have still not received a book that you ordered from me, please email me so we can get it straightened out.
I’m also going to discontinue selling autographed copies of books for the time being. Because of the postal issues.
Um… what else. I felt like there was something I thought I should tell you guys. Ah, well. I can’t remember what it is.
But I’m gone now until January 22nd. I might check stuff in between now and then, but I probably won’t. I’m trying to unplug and all that.
So, thanks for all the love and support, and I’ll see y’all in 8 days. 😉

I loved all of the books I have read from you. I finished the trylle and my blood aproves series. I started them and couldn’t put them down. Great work with them. I can’t wait for the next book to come out. If you do start sending out autographed books again let me know I definitely want one!

I liked Ascend, but I would be lying if I did not say I was disappointed about Finn. However, it was a great story and I did enjoy it. I was wondering if you would consider writing a follow up story for Finn, sort of what you did for the Peter Fans for My Blood Approves. I just think life is so sad for a tracker. I have a need to see him happy. He needs an HEA. Love your books Amanda. You are truly gifted.

Syd says: I want to say that I really enjoyed your first two books in the series but I have to admit that I was rather disappointed with Ascend. It honestly felt very rushed and more of a synopsis rather than a true story. I really wanted to see Wendy “Ascend” to the throne and to the role of queen but I never really got that sense. These books were all leading up to this great war and we didn’t even get to see it! And the end was literally a synopsis of the last events of the characters and it made me sad to see them treated with so little regard. I would have happily waited until after your vacation to get the chance to read this written better. I’ll pay the $ again if you take it down and re-write it!
