This week’s teaser is a simple one, yet it hints at the chaos that will break loose in Crystal Kingdom.

In the scene this teaser quote is taken from, Bryn is wearing a white gown inspired by the one below. But without the belt/bow. I don’t much care for that. I think it’s technical a bridal gown, but just so you don’t all freak out, I’m telling you know that Bryn is just wearing it as a dress – she’s not getting married in it. As to where she’s wearing that lucious Zuhair Murad coutoure gown, well, you’ll have to wait and find out 😉

For the next three weeks, I’ll post a chapter from Crystal Kingdom at Wattpad, so you can get a taste of what’s to come. I’ll be doing it chronologically – Chapter 1: Friends & Enemies, Chapter 2: Tracking, and Chapter 3: Ember – so you won’t be getting any weird out of order spoilers.

This week is the first chapter of Crystal Kingdom, and it picks up right where Ice Kissed left off. If you have not read Frostfire or Ice Kissed yet, there will be plenty of spoilers in the first few chapters of Crystal Kingdom, so read it at your own risk.

I decided on a lighter quote this week, with only 29 days until Crystal Kingdom comes out. Have you read the Kanin Chronicles – Frostfire, Ice Kissed, The King’s Games: A Novelette, or even an early proof of Crystal Kingdom? Do you have a favorite quote? Do you like winning prizes, specifically signed bookplates? Then this is the contest for you!

I always like to know what lines are fan favorites, just because it’s a fun thing to know. So I thought a cool thing to do would be to have readers share their favorite quotes, but as always, if I’m asking for something for you, I try to give you something return. So here’s the break down:

The Prize: A signed bookplate that fits nice inside the covers of any of the books in the Kanin Chronicles.

Rules and What Not:

1. Twenty-five winners will be chosen at random (I’ll assign each comment a number, so the first comment is 1, the tenth comment is 10, and so on, and then I’ll use a random number generator to pick a winner).

2. Comment below with your favorite quote from any of the Kanin works and be sure to include an email so that I can contact if you win. (You can share your favorite quotes on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Goodreads, etc, too, but that would be just for fun and wouldn’t count toward your entry. But I do like seeing quotes that people really enjoy).

3. The contest runs from today (July 6) until July 25th at midnight.

4. Feel free to comment with multiple favorite quotes, but if one person comment with the same quote twice, the repeated quote will not be counted. You can use the same quote as another person as long as it’s only used one time by yourself. (I like repeat quotes, so then I know which ones people really like, but I don’t want one person spamming twenty times with the same quote)

5. This open internationally, so feel free to enter no matter where you live.
