Soo… Mary at Sparkling Review asked if she get an early copy of Wisdom to review for her blog. Today she posted her review, and she gave it 20/10, so I’d say she liked it.

You can check out the full review over at her site: here.

It’s only a week and a half until the release, and I’m getting pretty excited myself. I’m also tremendously nervous. I can’t wait to hear what everyone thinks of it, while simultaneously being a little afraid of what everyone thinks of it.

Putting out a new book in a series is a bit different than putting out just a regular new book. People have enjoyed the first three books in the series, at least enough to read the fourth one, and I don’t want to let them down with Wisdom.

So far, the responses have been pretty good. Here’s hoping you guys dig it.

This series is so wonderful! I truely feel like we are just getting to know the real Alice. I can’t wait for the next book. I personally would love to see Peter and Alice hunt toghether and their bond to strengthen. You could keep this series going on forever and I would continue to buy the books!!!

I have just finished the entire series My blood approves including letters to Elise and as Sarah said I am in need of another bite……. My world stood still until I had read all there was to read and I am patiently (well not so Patiently) waiting on a continuation of these marvellous books!!! Please tell me that there are more to come!!! I Love your work and am going to start the Trylle trilogy asap!!! I can’t wait to see what becomes of Alice as a vampire hunter and what awaits her love triangle.

  • I LOVE YOU ! I could NOT stop reading Hollowland, switched, torn, my blood approves 1,2, 3, and 4 till I was done with them. I would have to force myself to close the book and go to bed or I would read till I would have to get up for school. You are an amazing writer ! I reallly love your books ! Please write a 5th book for my blood approves I loved the characters and the story. I didn’t even think about Lief being her dad. Just great.

I know this is an old post BUT i just finished my 2 days binge on the whole My Blood Approves series. I have to say it was more then I ever thought it could be. It was so amazing! I actually kinda feel like Jane where I need “one more bite and then I’ll be good” haha Going through major withdrawal because I have neevr felt so much a part of the story as I did with Alice, Peter, and Jack. I always wondered with authors when they were creating their characters and their “world” what process they took to create how the characters look. Do you ever think of if the series was a movie and who you would want to play each Character? Oh yeah and I totally would enjoy a 5th book or a 6th book or a 10th book hahaha i am sure you would do the story justice because each book was better then the other and it truly was the best series I have ever read. I am 50/50 Jack Peter but I guess in a little way i am still hoping for Peter and Alice. Thank you for a great great series!!! Now off to read Letters to Elise!!!

  • @ Maria Thank you 🙂

@ Anon There’s not a fifth book yet, but I don’t know what the future will hold 🙂

I could not quit reading once I got started. You are one of my new favorite authors. I was just wondering if there is going to be a 5th book. I never thought I would like a book as much as the twilight series but I do

  • Great work with the whole series. There’s no reason to think “Wisdom” will be anything less than stellar. Also, I really loved “Trylle,” so I can’t wait to read what happens next with Wendy. Keep up the good work. You’re a really awesome writer who’s doing a lot for the world os Indie writing. Can’t wait!!!!!
